NEW RATES IN EFFECT FOR 2023:
RVSD residential rates for 2023 include no changes to the minimum charge, and no changes to the per 1,000 gallon charge up to 21,000 gallons for water. Traditionally, the first 1,000 gallons was built into the minimum charges for water and sewer, the minimum charge will no longer include the 1st 1,000 gallons. New charges are based on the minimum charge plus the per 1,000 gallon charge for all gallons used. If you need assistance figuring your monthly charges, please contact our office.
NEW WELL/TANK SURCHARE: All users of the District will notice a new $1.55 monthly charge on their bills beginning in 2023. RVSD will construct a new Madison Well and a 2-million-gallon storage reservoir in 2023-2024 to provide additional storage and source water for the district growth.
